HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?
Your order will take between 10 to 21 business days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched . You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 5 days of ordering.
Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s custom restrictions (we wish this does not happen).
Contact us if your order does not arrive within 90 days.
Due to the fact that our products are being shipped from a third party there is no CANCELLATION/REFUND.
Once you’ve placed your order the product is automatically processed and prepared for shipping from our third party supplier. Therefore we cannot cancel or refund an order once it is processed.
We aim to keep our customers happy with delivery times but have no control during busy periods (including high sales volumes). Deliveries may take a little longer during those periods. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISTAKE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you are in the process of moving, please update your new address with your local Postal service.
We will issue refunds only for products that will not ship to certain Countries/Regions. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.
